Do You have Incredimail?

Many people are familiar with which Email Client they use to check their Email. But if you're not entirely sure then this page may help.

Do you have Incredimail installed on your computer?

Take a look at the Desktop or Quick-launch bar for an icon that looks like this:

If you find this icon on either your Windows Desktop or on the Quick-launch bar then you have Incredimail installed on your computer. Here is an example of the Incredimail icon on the Quick-launch bar:

What Version of Incredimail?

Incredimail comes in several versions. Some are free while others are purchased. They all will work with SpamPopper. Regardless though, you can always find out what version of Incredimail you are using.

When you open your Email program, check the Help->About to see what program you actually have. Here is what Incredimail Xe shows:

You're not using Incredimail but you want SpamPopper?

Please write to us at SpamPopper@greyface.com and tell us what program you ARE using. As a general rule you can find out the name of the program by using the Help->About menu option to display both the name of the program and its version number. Both of these pieces of information are crucial for us to know what program you are using.
