What is SpamPopper?
SpamPopper is like the "Royal Food Taster" used by Medieval
Royalty. It will sample your new Email messages, subjecting them to many
"taste tests". Email messages that fail are Spam; those that
pass are legitimate. It's just that simple.
How Does SpamPopper Work?
SpamPopper checks your Email and shows you a list of the messages
waiting. All of the Spam messages are marked with a "checkmark".
When you click the Delete button, SpamPopper deletes the marked Spam
messages completely. Then you use your regular Email program to download
the remaining valid Email messages.
Can I use SpamPopper with .... ?
SpamPopper is designed to work in concert with the most
popular "Email Clients". These are programs you run on your
computer to download and read your Email. There are
several that SpamPopper is designed to work with and we are adding more
all the time. Take a look HERE to see if

Do I need to know my Email Account
Details?
SpamPopper works with your existing Email Client. Since most of the
"nitty-gritty" details of your Email settings are already stored
in those programs, SpamPopper simply uses that same information for
itself. All you will need to know is the Password for each Email Account;
SpamPopper will fill in all the other details.
Will SpamPopper ever Send Email?
No, SpamPopper will not ever send out Email. It will only check your
incoming Email messages for the telltale signs of Spam.
Will SpamPopper Automatically Delete Spam?
No, SpamPopper only marks those messages that fail the Spam Tests. You
decide what to delete and when to delete it. However SpamPopper does
provide a single-button "Delete" feature that instantly deletes
all the Spam in one click.

Do I Know when I have Real Email (not Spam)?
SpamPopper has a tiny icon (shown at the right) that stays in the
lower-right corner near the clock. When you have "Legitimate"
Email waiting, the SpamPopper Icon will blink (as shown).

Do I Know when I have only Spam?
The SpamPopper Icon will look the same but with the International
"No" symbol across it (as shown to the right). Whenever you see
SpamPopper's "No" Icon you know you have new Spam waiting to
delete.
What if SpamPopper misses a Spam Message?
Everyone makes mistakes, and so does SpamPopper. But SpamPopper learns
quickly. If SpamPopper misses an obvious Spam message, just click the Spam
checkbox and SpamPopper will remember not to miss it the next time.
What if SpamPopper "Spams" a Real
Email Message?
That's not a problem either. Since SpamPopper doesn't automatically
delete messages, all you have to do is uncheck the Spam checkbox. If you
think you will get more Email messages from the same person, you can even
tell SpamPopper this is an "Okay Sender" and SpamPopper will
never mark them as Spam again.
Can I look at an Email without using my Email
Client?
Yes. SpamPopper includes a "plain-text" Email Viewer. Because
SpamPopper shows you only the plain text behind any Email message, you do
not have to worry about Viruses, Spam-Probes, Worms or any of the other
annoying beasts that show up in your Email Inbox.
